In the upcoming weeks, you will submit a research paper that is six (6) to eight (8) pages in length. You will discuss the history and foundations of the theories and theorists surrounding a specific school of thought in psychology. You must also include a title page and reference list for a total of 6-8 pages. Please follow this submission schedule:
Week 1: You will submit an outline of the paper.
Week 2: You will submit the introduction of your paper. It should include the history and foundations of the school of thought you chose. The submission includes a title page, introduction, and reference list for a total of three (3) pages.
Week 3: You will submit a four-page critical analysis where you discuss the theorist who is credited as the founder of the school of thought. Continue the discussion by exploring how the theorist’s contributions helped the development of the field of psychology. You will also submit a conclusion that summarizes your analysis of the topic.
Week 4: You will proofread and edit the paper before submitting the final version.

Running Head: The running head is the short version of your research paper title.
Type the working title of your research paper in the header using all capital letters in the header flush left, as well as page number flush right. It should look like this:

Note: Pages are numbered consecutively using Arabic numerals, beginning with the title page.
Required Elements: The working title of your research paper, name, and institutional affiliation should be centered in the title page.
Title: The working title of your research paper.
Name: Your first name, initial, and last names.
Institutional Affiliation: The location where the research is carried out.
