I failed a class called intro to med-surge of nursing school and being dismissed from school and writing a appeal letter to turn it in to a committee to ask for re admission.
write a 2 page double spaced letter to explain the circumstances surrounding your appeal or
complaint. The written appeal, along with all appellate documents, should include:
a. Details and descriiption of the decision or situation being appealed
b. Reason or basis for appeal
c. Documentation that supports the appeal and appeal reason (for example, documentation
related to the catastrophic situation or mitigating event)
d. Requested remedy being sought
e. Viable student success action plan showing how student will support educational or behavioral
situation if appeal is granted.
talk about plan becoming a successful plan to pass the class next time, provide resolution, what I am going to do to avoid being dismissed again, etc.
