This case analysis will give you the opportunity to review the main topics of our course and will allow you to carefully study a major corporation. The main objective of this assignment is to identify issues that affect the multinational firm and apply strategic marketing solutions. The foundation of your arguments must be based on the theories you learned this semester, but your critical analysis (not an opinion) of the issues and solutions is the most valuable aspect of this assignment.
The lists of cases will be provided in Module 1. You will select one and write a report tackling the following sections/issues:
a) Identify two major issues / problems about the firm relevant to international marketing strategy.
b) Analyze the two issues/problems using concepts from class
c) Present two to three alternative strategic marketing actions to solve the problems
d) Assess recommendations and implementation issues: Who will do what, when? What resources are needed? How will it be financed?

Formatting guidelines
The case analysis must be 3 pages of content and 1 page of references. Do not include a cover page. You must cite the book and at least 5 external sources using APA style formatting. Use Times New Roman 12, double-spaced.
Do not cite Wikipedia or Investopedia! Other reliable sources are national newspapers, official government websites, business magazines such as Inc.com, fastcompany.com, Harvard Business Review hbr.org, and The Economist.
To be successful, make sure you address all the issues described above. Before submitting the case analysis, carefully read the rubric on Moodle.
