I need to complete Board Review Packet. I am certified CMSRN nurse, have certificates in BLS, ALS, TNCC, TCCC, PALS. I have participated in preparation for DNV inspection in January of 2022 at St Luke Behavioral Health where I was helping infectious control team and in May 2022 at obstetrician and gynecological floor. We concentrated on improve immunizations (TDap) and cervical and breast screening. Currently I work with 1 charge nurse and 10 medical assistants. I have been a nurse since May 2016-present
