Assignment Overview:
The 7S diagnostic tool is used to provide management with a quick snapshot of their current environment and the link with a proposed future state. This future state is most often associated with risk evaluation and possible actions and reactions a firm can take.
Perform a 7S diagnostic on your personal work environment: company, department, office, etc. In your analysis include each of the seven components with a descriptive overview of approximately 100 words each. Embed your analysis within the larger framework of risk.
Questions to answer within the essay:
1. What risks can you identify as it relates to each of the components?
2. What potential impacts do these risks pose?
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 1,250 word excluding the title page and references is required.
