1. A. There are many different management styles. Research what management styles work best for managing Millennials and explain and compare that to what are the more “traditional” management style. How should a traditional manager adjust their style for millennials ? Write a paper discussing this and your findings. 100 points
B. Research and hypothesize how management styles may need to adjust with remote workers and a hybrid type workplace (combination of remote and in-person). Write a summary citing sources of your findings and opinions. 100 points
2. Much of the world moved to remote working with the advent of COVID-19. Research what is expected to happen (and is happening) as the pandemic lessens and workers are now able to go back to the office. What is happening? Are there certain industries or types of industries where employees seem more willing to go back to the office? Which ones? Are businesses that traditionally were very 9-5 office oriented now coming back more flexible? How is or will employee motivation and morale be impacted? What are the legal aspects of requiring an employee to come into the office after having worked successfully remotely for over a year? 150 points

3. Identify three business founders or CEOS that you feel were good leaders and explain why? What traits, habits, methods, etc. did they use that made them good leaders. Cite sources – 100 points.
