INTRODUCTION
This module will prepare the students to develop the methodological skills needed for generating and evaluating research evidence for nursing practice. Ultimately, evaluation of current nursing practice for appropriate evidence-based practice is the focus of the module. Completion of this module enables the student to function as a competent consumer of evidence in nursing with an ability to understand and apply evidence and basic research principles to the practice setting.
