What is the student′s disability? What is his instructional setting (placement: special ed room, regular classroom, etc..)? what behaviors did you see (student to student, student to teacher, student with self)? How did the teacher accommodate to the student? What are some things that you liked that the teacher did (strategies, interventions, activities)? What are things that you did not like? If you were the teacher what would you do the same? What would you do different?
