watch two films (‘Die Wannseekonferenz’ (1984) and ‘Conspiracy’ (2001) – both available on YouTube as well as elsewhere) and to write a short paper (4-6 pages) that both 1) compares and contrast the two films and, most importantly, 2) analyzes what the two filmic sources tell us about the possible important ways our understanding of the Holocaust has changed in the period 1984 to 2001. So be sure in your paper to link differences between the movies to the evolution of our understanding of the Holocaust.
