Students are to demonstrate competency in the analysis of a contemporaneous corporate crisis communication and propose appropriate response(s) thus turning crisis into opportunity. Paper length: 5-6 pages (double-spaced, excluding title and references’ pages.) Paper requires integration of at least 3 scholarly articles on crisis communication management.
Paper’s sections:
Introduction to the company (historical background, mission, vision, services) and its stakeholders (should include an organizational chart).
