The second section will be about health issues that maternal black women face and how because of institutionalized racism, they go unnoticed . And the last section will be about the impact that it has on black women birth outcomes. The thesis statement is Institutionalized racism has a negative impact on maternal black women because it can lead to death of the mother, death of the child, or long-lasting health issues with the mother or child.
