Revisit the behavioral plan from the Week 2 Assignment and break down the explanations of each part in the context of motivation, emotion, and behavioral neuroscience (the brain). Consider the following questions when you compose your answer: What was the motivation for the behavior before the plan was enacted? What is/would be the motivation during the behavior plan (e.g. is it based on desire? External reward? Avoidance of something?)? What emotions might play a role and how might they influence the behavior or perceptions? How do both motivation and emotion play a role in the ultimate outcome and continuation of behaviors? For each existing section (e.g. Consequences), add a subsection titled “Week 3 Addition.” This new subsection should include at least three additional sentences based on how the section relates to concepts learned for motivation (intrinsic, extrinsic, and subjective reward value), subjective emotional context (and how it relates to motivation and social circumstances), and neurobiology (dopamine and endogenous opioids).
