Figure 16.1 in the textbook lists several considerations useful in identifying specific diversity concerns in any country. For this discussion, identify a country other than the United States in which to analyze diversity issues and laws. You may use a country from the cultural comparisons project.
Identify the country chosen as well as the dominant and non-dominant groups within that country.
Examine the workforce participation rates, earnings, and employment differences among the groups. Are there other areas of concern related to diversity?
Compare the laws and regulations concerning diversity and discrimination in that country to the legislation enacted in the United States to protect individuals.
