The elements of the business plan included the following: The Business Idea – Rationale and Unique Value Proposition; Environmental Analysis; Changes in the environment; Strategy and Market Positioning; Marketing; Operating Plan; Market Size and Scalability; Internal Capabilities, using VRIO; Competitive Advantage; Cash Budget; Breakeven; Financial Statements(Income statements, Balance sheet, Cash Flow Statements and Cash Budget; and Financing and Funding).
