This essay should critically evaluate how the social determinants of health can impact the identified health problem and how the principles and practice of community development can be employed to work with the community to address this issue. As a matter of choice, I would love my topic to center on drug abuse among youths or adolescents in Subsaharan Africa particularly Nigeria. The essay should highlight the social determinants, how health practitioners can address this issue by employing all the social action approaches such as community development, networking, etc. Additionally, I would love the essay to generally demonstrate the learning outcomes expected of me as is written in the module handbook and summative rubric documents which I have uploaded. Finally, my school uses the GCU Harvard referencing style and I have uploaded the document as well.
