You are the Staffing Manager for a small architect firm that consists of 80 employees. Recently, your firm was selected by the city to design the new soccer stadium. The contract will begin with your firm designing the infrastructure of the stadium and the retractable roof. If this project is completed within the set timeframe and to the satisfaction of the city then other contracts and opportunities for growth could potentially occur.

In order to fulfill this contract, you will need to secure larger office space and hire more staff by analyzing the project requirements and driving forces that influence staffing.
