DB12 – Balanced Scorecard For this week’s discussion, consider the following: Use the Internet to find a company that uses the balanced scorecard to evaluate its performance. For your initial post, identify the performance measures used by the company on its balanced scorecard. For each measure, identify whether the measure best fits the innovation, customer, internal process, or financial dimension of the balanced scorecard and explain why.
