Compose a 1- to 2-page paper that includes responses to the following questions: ZAPS presents your results both as a graph and as a table. Use the link to download a copy of your results and paste either the graph OR table directly at the top of your Assignment. Your Assignment will earn a 0 if you do not include this graphic – it is verification that you have completed the assignment. Provide a 2–3 sentence summary of the experiment, then describe your results and how they compare with the Reference Results included in ZAPS or with your colleagues. What do the results of this experiment tell you about unconscious attitudes and stereotypes in general? In what circumstances and for whom could training on implicit bias be useful? For example, police officers in some cities are now trained on the racial implicit bias test so that they can more fully understand how their implicit biases might affect their police work. Other implicit bias tests assess implicit biases regarding weight, age, disability, etc. (Refer to the Project Implicit website for more examples of implicit bias tests.) Explain and provide at least one of your own examples. What do your results suggest about your own stereotypes, and what could you do with that information?
