The title is Evaluating food waste in KAUST. I work in a procurement department in KAUST (King Abdullah University of Science and Technology). This is for a MCIPS certification. You are not writing definitions, Its a research paper on how we can evaluate food waste in KAUST for a green environment and aligning with our Kingdoms Vision 2030 with a population of 7500 living inside the campus.

Work undertaken:
I have interviewed our internal Food waste department, they have informed me that we do not have any special machine for our foods. Currently our foods are disposed in bins and carried to landfill for disposal.
This is our pickup and cost:
Pick up Frequency: 3x week
Monthly Cost of food collection: 130,000 SAR
Disposal Trip to landfill 5,000 SAR per month
8 Cubic meter collection truck used: 6 units (monthly cost 100,000 SAR)
Total cost per month: 235,000 SAR
Solution:
I have also contacted a company called green eco tec , that provides machines called a waste master to turn the food waste into recycled fertilizers for plants or turn it into mulch. The cost of the machines is 75,000 GBP which holds up to 400kg.
In this paper, we need to find solutions for KAUST, I have given one solution above but we need to find other alternatives of solutions with case studies. We are to interview other company that provide solutions for KAUST. (You can make an interview up), and write what proposed solution it has to solve our issue. (Search for companies that has case studies on things that worked to be green).
