Delay analysis in construction projects 4.1 Delay analysis methodologies (at minimum should include 9 techniques) (more focus on the As Built Vs As Planned technique) 4.2 Causes of delays & Root cause analysis processes 4.3 Causes of Delays in Solar PV Projects 5. Weighting of Delays 5.1 Studies on delay in the construction industry 5.2 Studies on delay in the Solar PV construction industry 5.3 Management or mitigation of construction delays 6. Case study dissertation importance. (highlight why the case study base reports are good to be used compared to other approaches) All studies shouldn′t be 10-15 years old. and online websites to be minimized (such as articles, blogs etc.) The deliverable will be checked thoroughly and then the acceptance/rejection can be given.
