With a lens on office design, analyze and report on the success or failures of two companies who have engaged in redesigning their office space with the expectation of increasing their productivity. Assignment Specifics:
For this assignment, you will be conducting a context-based analysis of a topic in organizational behavior. Select a topic from the list below. In your paper, you will examine the range of strategies and tactics used the organization to optimize success.
Your goal is to look at these topics from a holistic approach; not only looking at their purpose, but also their impact on an organization. I would like you to dissect your topic to see how all the pieces strategically work together.
Minimum of 5 concepts that relate to organizational behavior. BOLD when you use an organizational concept from the textbook in the paper.
MLA format and citations required
Type your paper’s prompt, exactly as it reads, at the top of your paper. This will ensure that you stay on topic. 10 point deduction for omitting this requirement.
Plan on conducting your research with several variations of key search words. Each team member can only have 2 website sources. The rest of the sources for the paper must come from CPPs library database and the database that you use must be in your works cited.
You must reference anything that is not your own original thought or research. Any data or content that is not cited will be marked down.
You will be submitting your paper using Turnitin. Your similarity score must be 20 or less. Papers with scores over 20 will not receive any credit. Therefore, plan on submitting your paper early so you can check your score and revise as needed.
You must have a minimum of 6 scholarly sources to support your ideas. You also must use the CPP library’s database to search journals, research papers and books and the database’s name must be in your works cited.

THIS IS A GROUP PROJECT. My team member has already already written the first four pages which I have attached. We have to focus on 5 concepts, he already used two which were performance and mood. As a writer you can choose whichever other 3 concepts you’d like to use. Ive attached Powerpoints of our lectures where you can get more details on the concepts. my part will consist of the 3 concepts. A different partner will work on the conclusion.
