Using the attached readings, illustrate the definition of leadership by creating a one-page infographic.
Include the following:
• Select leadership theories and philosophies by referring to Northouse Chapter 1 (attachment) that help support effective educational leadership.
• Select at least 2 essential professional standards to include in the infographic that support successful leaders. (Essential professional standards are 3, 5, 7, 8, 9)
• Indicate how personal leadership philosophies align with the professional standards of educational leaders. (see Professional Standards for Educational Guide attachment).
Part II
After creating the infographic, prepare a 4-page summary to assess how the findings align with professional standards.
• Be sure to include Concepts, such as:
• Leadership Traits vs. Leadership as a Process,
• Assigned vs. Emergent Leadership,
• How Power, Coercion and Management differ from Leadership (refer to Northouse attachment).
