Nutrition Cultural Food Paper:
* Students will submit a word document containing a minimum one page paper on a food from his/her culture, based on an article they have researched. This article must have a specific author, have been published within the past year and the paper is a minimum of one double spaced page typed using MLA bibliography style. There should be a work cited page included. The paper should include the origin of the food, nutrients found in the food, how is it prepared, and your personal experience or families with eating the food.
Preferably Jamaican “yam”
