Part 1.
You are all interested in becoming or already are real estate professional. Thus at some point you will need to contact or work
with an appraiser. I would like you to contact an appraiser by either (phone or email) and ask him/her three questions that are of concerns or interest to you. If they have a website go to their website first so you know what they do. Please post your
questions and responses of your interview. Include the appraisers license level and if they have any designation from a
professional appraisal organization.
