Use the included spreadsheet to calculate a Gini Concentration index for (at least a portion of) the cities in your region. You can also use the spreadsheet to calculate a rank-size index if that is appropriate (data and method not given, you have to do this on your own – it is not difficult).
Using either or both measures, describe and provide evidence of the type of city system in your country/region/state, etc.
There is a second sheet on the spreadsheet file that shows how to calculate a dissimilarity index, we will not do this now, but may do it later. It would be an appropriate measure for examining ethnic/racial integration/segregation.
