1. Start by taking a look at the sample research reports, and keep in mind that these samples are examples – not exemplars. I chose them not because they’re ideal, but because taken together they represent a range of approaches to this assignment. These three research reports are very different, but they are all meeting the goals of the assignment. 2. Compose the introduction. Include a set of research questions and/or the central research question you’re working on. 3. Compose a few paragraphs that begin to answer or address your research question(s) and be sure to include sources (links to sources using the title of the text). ************************************ These are the goals for this assignment: Focus your inquiry: Did you focus your inquiry by identifying a specific issue (limit the scope of the project)? Curate: Did you select a set of high-quality sources that directly address your central research question? Apply: Did you use your research to formulate an answer or response to the central research question? Analyze: Did you identify major stakeholders and describe your own “position” in relation to the issue? These are the guidelines for length, sources and format: Your research report should be at least 1500 words in length. This is the minimum length for full credit. Use good document design principles and include a list of sources cited at the end. At least 6 sources should be linked in the document. Instead of using a standard citation style like MLA, APA, etc., simply use the title of the text as a link to the source, along with the place of publication and date of publication, if applicable. *************************************** My central research question is the impact of climate change on Asthma rate increase in Nigeria and my set of research questions are as follows: 1. What role does climate change play relating with asthma? 2. Are the machines/equipment being used by asthma patients eco-friendly or they are some of the causes of climate change? 3. How can we reduce gas emissions from industries in Nigeria? 4. What are the procedures the public health in Nigeria are taking to make the environment more friendly for asthma patients? 5. How does bacteria released from pollen grains increase asthma rates during the spring period? 6. Do thunderstorms increase the rate of asthma attacks in Nigeria? 7. Who is most affected by asthma? 8. How can we educate the government more concerning climate change? 9. What aspects of climate change have the most potential to affect people with asthma? 10. How can asthma patients protect themselves from air pollution? note: you do not need to answer all the research questions, you just need to answer like four or five. If you need any other thing, let me know
