Using the most recent U.S. Census data and existing city data, conduct a research of the
city of Newark. Discuss its geographical size, number of residents, median household
income, median level of education of its residents, number of students attending public
schools, access to free or low income medical and dental care, registered voters,
percentage of people who vote in presidential, mayoral, and gubernatorial elections,
crime rates and types of crimes. Lastly, discuss if the city is going through a
gentrification process.
