In the focus is on the Internal Environment: Strengths and Weaknesses (Finance) of your practice research company. Reviewing Chapters 4 and 8 of your textbook might be helpful.
The focus this week is primarily on the Finances of the practice research company as well as its two closest competitors and industry ratios.
As you present this section, discuss your company goals and achievements in each field (ratios) and then use that information to assess its (company’s) strengths and weaknesses in each area. You are not providing recommendations yet; just performing an analysis with the data you uncover on your company.
Use Table 4-4 on page 106 to present Key Financial Ratios for your practice research company, competitor 1, competitor 2, and the whole industry.
You may choose to calculate all these numbers or locate all figures online. The key points are: for you to understand what these numbers mean, be able to explain them, and compare. Provide a separate paragraph review on each ratio category (total 5).

Present your ratio findings following the paper outline.
To practice you incorporating the Appendices section in your Final paper, do include the company’s abbreviated Balance sheet as well as the top two competitors’ Balance sheets as Appendices in your research paper.
