2. Provide a picture from a different neighborhood in your hometown (or another city within your county) that you think differs substantially.
a. Again, this can be via your phone or through Google Street View
3. Briefly describe your hypothesis (make sure to bold it) and state your reasoning for it. This is supposed to be your first pass BEFORE looking at the census data. Describe the differences subjectively speaking (this should be one paragraph)
