Section Two the student will provide three nursing
diagnosis including the priority and rationale along
with three goals for patient care for each diagnosis.
The student will then discuss one intervention related
to therapies, one related to nursing care, one related
to client education, and one related to follow up
treatments or community resources for each of the
three nursing diagnoses totaling three interventions
per nursing diagnosis. The student will then provide
two assessment findings evaluating the expected
outcomes of the provided interventions.
