This is a cultural criticism, persuasive essay. Just a little information about me. I come from a family of Immigrants. My grandfather Immigrated from Italy and so did my parents. I do beleive that immigration is good because the united states is a free country and you can become anything you wish, it is the land of opportunity. I also do beleive that it comes with responsibilities of being a good citizen and that you should not just be able to walk through our borders without being properly vetted. It took my family many years to become citizens and establish a life here in the Untied States. I do beleive that refugees seeking safe passsage should be allowed safe harbor but not without proper vetting. This essay should employ Logos, Pathos and Ethos. Written APA format 7th edition. It should also talk some about the history of immigration. She wants this topic picked apart and put back together, all the while convincing someone that they should see it my way.
