Submission 1. Assess the company’s performance using industry benchmarks and using your research and analysis for each of the five areas/supply chain levers.
2. Assess the overall supply chain performance, more specifically in regards to the company’s supply chain integration and agility performance.
3. Highlight strengths, or what you view as good performance/indicators, and weaknesses, or what you view as not-so-good performance/indicators and justify your views.
4. Construct a plan for each of the strengths detailing how you think the company can sustain its good performances.
5. Recommend solutions and action plans for each of the weaknesses/dysfunctions that you have outlined in step 7.
6. Prepare a full write-up including previous parts of the project in addition to this stage of the project in a 30-40 page document as outlined in the project overview section.
