In this study an analytical model will be developed and validated by comparing it with classical results for Couette flow no-slip boundaries problem. The boundary conditions are similar in form to the classical Maxwell velocity slip and temperature boundary conditions. The governing equations have been formulated in terms of the Pandtl and Eckert number. A parametric study will be conducted by varying the Y parameter from 0 to 1 in .05 increments, and the Prandtl & Eckert from 0 to 1000. Anticipated outcome will be a validated analytical model that will able to predict how slip boundaries effect heat transfer applications after certain biomimetic surface modification have been made.
