I then want you to look up a definition for this intellectual outlook, and explain it very clearly in your own words. Provide at least a couple of very clear examples/instances from our reading when that intellectual outlook influenced his writing and explain why you think that to be the case (be sure to quote, and to reference the appropriate pages.)
