Overview You are recently appointed as the team leader of an operational team. This is your first management position. You have previously been a member of this team and you are concerned about the reaction of the team members to your promotion. A key objective for you in your new position is it introduce a new company quality system to the team to ensure that it functions effectively. Explain how you would use personal qualities and your knowledge of the theory of individual behaviour, group dynamics and change management to implement the change. In your explanation discuss the manner in which you would use your knowledge of the theory in order to avoid alienating your team. The assignment provides 25% of the full marks for the unit.
