Assess the two analyses by comparing them with regard to approach, clarity, and persuasiveness. (Refer to Critique Assignment #1 for some possible questions to consider.) Some additional questions you may think about:
Are the two analyses written for the same audience? If not, how do the audiences differ?
Do the two analyses use the same approach and reasoning to understanding the policy issue?
Do the two analyses reach the same findings and recommendations? If so, are they equally convincing? If they are not equally convincing, which is more convincing and why?
