The article discusses Americas ruination. I chose the article because many people feel this way.
He brings up valid facts like increased gun ownership as many people feel more unsafe and rates of
depression rising for all. However I think its what he attributes it to that interests me most. He
specifically says he doesnt know but then names a few culprits like social media or politics.
Something that has no validity beyond the way he feels and rather than use this great platform to
talk about rising inequality in our country or college tuition prices (something that attributes to the
downfall of America). To me, this is a great example of looking at the relevancy of a source.
