What are your top 3 departments of interest from the following: Corporate Communications, Corporate Compliance, Corporate Finance & Supply Chain, Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Specialists (Medical Group), Talent Management & Effectiveness (HR). -My top 3 interest are HR, Corporate Compliance, and Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Specialists (Medical Group). 3. What are your goals for the internship and career objectives within healthcare administration? A little information about myself: I have a Bachelors of science in Health Science from Florida A & M University. I am currently Pursuing My Masters degree in Business Administration in health services administration from Barry University. I come from a very diverse background, however, one thing in my live has always remained constant. Healthcare. My father has been a director of patient access for many years, and my mother has a served as nurse for many years and is now a nurse practitioner. The healthcare delivery system has always been an integral part of my life. Ive had the opportunity from an early age to learn about both the clinical and non-clinical aspects from my parents as well as, gain access to the benefits that the healthcare delivery system has to offer. I would like to help, and give back, and provide others with the same opportunities and support within the Business Administration field of Healthcare.
