PESTEL Project You will conduct a PESTEL analysis of COSTCO in BC, Canada, and make field trips to observe and examine the elements of the business environment for this particular business. You may also conduct a brief interview with the store owner and/or employees to inquire about relevant information in more detail. You will then provide a written report as regards how the TECHNOLOGICAL environmental forces impact your chosen organization, based on your observations and the information you will gather. Your PESTEL analysis will basically examine some of the technological, environmental, factors affecting your chosen business organization. More specifically, make sure that for TECHNOLOGICAL environmental factors, you will examine COSTCO’s: · current strengths, · current challenges, · future prospects, and · future risks. End your discussion with a holistic approach, and provide your own comments on the success, potential, and sustainability of your chosen organization in the industry in which it operates.
