Solid-state drives use integrated circuits to store data, which delivers an increase in data access speed in part because solid-state drives do not have moving parts.
The price of solid-state drives has decreased to such an extent that my company will be replacing all traditional hard disk drives with solid-state drives. This will improve computer speeds, and thus make employees more productive.
Notice in the example that the trend description highlights a clear technological improvement, and the benefit is a business benefit (employee productivity) not a technological benefit (faster computers)
