During these past three weeks of study, dialog, reading and lecture you should be coming to realize the difficulties and challenges, as well as the benefits and opportunities of multicultural ministry. One of the greatest challenges is often our own view of the world. Each of us has the potential to be overly (or overtly) ethnocentric. While there is significance to the fact that cultural pride (self-worth and cultural worth) are important to the sustainability of a culture the reality is that too often in society, cultural pride moves to a level of animos
