The dissertation should outline the Qualities of a Leader in Cybersecurity. It needs to outline the answer to the following research question: “What Leadership Qualities are Required to be a Successful Leader within the Cybersecurity Industry.” Further, the dissertation needs to outline the PROBLEM which is in fact that cybersecurity is a relatively new industry and thus it, for the most part, does not have adequate leadership due to the fact that it is a new industry and generations of cybersecurity leaders have not existed previously; it also needs to be comprehensive and reference all reference materials uploaded onto “Additional Materials.”
