Conceptual Frameworks for Language Teaching: the CEFRL Final assignment: The word limit for your assignment is 2,000 words Design a CEFR-scenario for a specific teaching context you may be familiar with (CEFR level, module, etc.) following the guidelines in Section 2.3.2.1. in the reference materials and the publication by North (2014). You are required to provide the ‘scenario’, describing in detail each part of the scenario and the decisions taken to design it. Please remember that this publication is based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (2001) as the Companion Volume with New Descriptors (2021) had not been published yet. You need to consider the latter and adjust the CEFR-scenario so that it considers the communicative language activities and communicative language competences in that document. You are only asked not to consider the signing competences. Please remember that a CEFR-scenario is not necessarily the same as a Didactic Unit in the Spanish education system yet. Your final assignment, therefore, has two parts. The first one is the detailed description of the decisions taken to design the CEFR-scenario, considering the philosophy of the CEFR and the interrelations between the horizontal and vertical axes of the CEFR/CV.
