This paper should include a deep reflection of a significant real-life scenario from your past organizational involvement (school, club, job, church, etc.). In this paper, you should apply concepts from class in answering each of the five questions above. Your goal is not to hit a certain page limit. Rather, your goal is to deeply and insightfully address each of these questions in a manner that demonstrates both your understanding of the course concepts and an ability to reflect on your own experiences.
