Leadership Evaluation
Write a paper assessing and explaining the results of the three assessments and your own leadership using a transformational leadership theory (personal leadership analysis).
Make three recommendations to improve your leadership effectiveness aligned with transformational leadership (Recommendations).
Create a Personal Leadership Profile, including your knowledge, experiences, competencies and skills, and personal attributes (leadership profile).
A. Personal Leadership Analysis
In this section, perform a leadership analysis by identifying the top and bottom categorical results
from each of the three assessments in Section A (six total categorical results) and explaining how
your leadership effectiveness is shown by the results of each of the three assessments.
1. Evaluate the effectiveness of your leadership using transformational leadership
Note: It is highly recommended that you use at least three distinct and unique scholarly
sources to support the scholarly leadership theory. This section of the task requires scholarly research.
Include at least four in-text citations using a scholarly source.
2. Recommendations
Explain three actionable items based on transformational leadership theory that you could perform to
improve your leadership effectiveness and explain how each action item is based on the chosen
leadership theory.
Write a separate paragraph for each of the three actionable recommendations and include one scholarly source in each paragraph.
C. Leadership Profile
Based on the results of the four leadership assessments, develop a leadership profile that contains each of the following components:
student name and current contact information
education and credentials
personal leadership philosophy, vision, and values
leadership strengths
leadership competencies and skills
areas for leadership improvement
leadership experiences and application
