Following the structure found in: “Writing a Business Plan: The Basics”, please submit a preliminary draft of:
1) Single minded proposition: your idea in 8 words or less
2) Executive Summary: a snapshot of the entire plan (but make it personal!)
3) The Opportunity: market factors, demand, potential share of the market, innovations, etc. please use the concept of “white space” to think about this portion of your business plan.
4) The Competitive Landscape: after thoughtful and wide ranging research, please list all the closest competitors for your business and state very specifically WHY you are different.
