Provide a response to each of the following four questions by answering each component. Responses should be 1-3 paragraphs in length, and your writing should show mastery of the material. A good way to check this is to read your answers and ask yourself whether someone who has not read your textbook would understand the concept you are writing about for each question.
Each question has the total marks listed beside it, which is further broken down by components of the question (e.g., a, b, c). Make sure to answer each component. In total the assignment is graded out of 16 points and worth 8% of your final grade.
9th Week Question (4 points)
Choose two people who you believe have different attachment styles. They can be people you know, or characters from your favorite books, movies or TV shows.
For each person, describe what type of attachment style you believe they have, making sure to justify your choice by explaining what leads you to draw that conclusion. (2 points)

Someone has been giving you a very hard time at work recently, ridiculing you in meetings, talking about you behind your back, yelling at you with no provocation. This person’s actions have made you very angry and you have been fantasizing about punching them.
What information would you need to know to determine what type of aggression the other person is displaying? Provide an example of information that would lead you to conclude each type. (2 points)

12th Week Question (4 points)
You have been hired by an advocacy group to consult on their efforts to reduce prejudice & discrimination towards immigrants in Canada. To help the group you are to draw on your knowledge of social categorization processes to provide the following information:
How and why does group membership and social categorization contribute to prejudice and discrimination? (2 points)
How would you harness social categorization processes in a media campaign consisting of images to be shared on social media and displayed on billboards, to hopefully reduce prejudice and discrimination faced by immigrants to Canada?
