talk about the overall process and problems of the current day scheduling, care coordination, and discharging process in healthcare facilities. We then have to talk about our platform that will optimize and correct that and the return on investment such as more visits, quicker turnaround in hospitals, less wait times etc. We then have to specifically talk about our group which was discharging. and then speak about specifically what we worked on individually which for me was the wearable technology problem. We also have to mention throughout the paper how an IT strategy is formed and created and is needed here to correct this issue. How we came up with our IT strategy as well for example we identified the problems in each area and the goals and split the work etc
