1. Identify one person you know well that you would describe as a leader. This can be a person from your life, the larger world, or even a fictional person. It can be anyone, as long as you know them well enough to describe their leadership.
2. Describe this persons leadership as you understand it. Why did you pick them? What do they do that makes them a “leader?”
3. Identify which of the leader decision making styles they are most likely to use/regularly use and explain how you know.
4. Identify at least one base of power this person draws their leadership from and explain how they use that power.
