This presentation is based off the questionnaire I have attached and below is the feedback from my professor on the questionnaire:
“The questionnaire looks good. Work to frame this training to build the skill set of the people you are training. Start broad and make sure they understand it from a concept point of view before pulling it into the context of this particular intervention.
Couple notes on your data sheets: your instructions are good, but I don’t see where you actually record data. Are we doing this as a simple Cr/Ir? – or will there be a percentage of steps completed correctly like a TA?
Also on the social validity form – often those are done with a Likert scale (rate from 1 – 5) – you can have an open-ended question in there too – but usually, they are done with a rating scale. That is not a rule – so you can keep it open if you want to – just think about what type of response you will get. “

This presentation should include a similar social validity questionnaire, response chart, data sheet, procedural integrity sheet as seen in the example PowerPoint attached. Please title each slide as the same as this example power point.
